By using the RBXFriends website and making use of an RBXFriends Account (the “Account”)

and all its related features and services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of

Service (the “Terms”). These Terms cover all present and future features provided by your

Account. The services are operated by RBXFriends (“We,” the “Company”), an entity

committed to helping users connect with their Roblox friends through an intuitive mind map

tool. Use of your Account includes registering an Account, keeping an Account open, or

accessing our website or applications. Please read these Terms carefully. By using your

Account or the services, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms. You may not use your

Account if you do not agree to these Terms.

If you agree to these Terms on behalf of a company or another legal entity, you represent

that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. In the absence of such

authority, you are not authorized to use the services.

Users of the Services

The services are available to individuals aged 13 or older, with parental or legal guardian

consent required for minors.

Authorized Use of the Services

You agree not to use your Account or the services for any illegal or prohibited activities.

Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive practices.
Sharing or distributing inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content.
Using the services to harass, bully, or harm others.
Attempting to access, tamper with, or disrupt the services or systems of RBXFriends or its users.
Violating any applicable local, state, national, or international laws or regulations.
Impersonating another person or entity without authorization.
Using the platform to promote or distribute malware, viruses, or any other harmful software.
Exploiting or circumventing security vulnerabilities in the services.
Using automated scripts or tools to manipulate or unfairly gain an advantage on the platform.
Engaging in any activity that negatively impacts the integrity, functionality, or reputation of RBXFriends.

Accounts engaged in any prohibited activities will be immediately suspended. We may also

terminate Accounts used for any illegal activities, even if they are not listed above.

Inactive Accounts

RBXFRIENDS reserves the right to suspend or delete free Accounts that have been inactive for

6 months. Accounts under active paid subscriptions are always considered active.

Limited Warranties and Liability

---------------------------------

RRBXFRIENDS provides services “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties of reliability

or data security, despite our best efforts. RBXFRIENDS shall not be liable for indirect,

incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data.

Our liability is limited to the greater of $100 USD or the amount you paid for the services.

Service Level Agreement (SLA)

RBXFRIENDS aims for service availability. If there is downtime users can request service

credits as follows:

Double time lost on subscriptions (compensation)

This SLA excludes scheduled maintenance, user actions, and other circumstances beyond

RBXFRIENDS control.

Service Accessibility

We will not intentionally block the use of our services on any platform or in any location.

Indemnification

--------------------

You agree to indemnify RBXFRIENDS, its affiliates, and agents from any claims or damages

resulting from your use of the services.

Privacy

Please review our Privacy Policy for information on how we handle and protect your data.

Intellectual Property

----------------------

All trademarks, logos, and other proprietary designations of RBXFRIENDS are owned

exclusively by RBXFRIENDS. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to use RBXFRIENDS

trademarks.

Payment Terms

Subscriptions are billed one time After the initial term you will have to purchase

again(UNLESS YOU PURCHASE LIFETIME)

Modification of Plan or Billing Cycle

-----------------------------------

You may change your plan at anytime.

Modification of the Terms of Service

------------------------------------

RBXFRIENDS reserves the right to update these Terms. We can only edit these Terms once per

month. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, it shall be modified to the

minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, with the remaining provisions in full effect.

Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of NSW law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the

courts of NSW law.

Miscellaneous

These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and RBXFRIENDS Headings are for
